The blue-haired pop star made sure that her longtime pal hadn't popped out of her dress at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards tonight.
It would have been quite easy for the 23-year-old Bajan singer to shimmy out of her slinky black Giorgio Armani gown.

The We Found Love singer wore a slew of Neil Lane jewels, including a diamond and gold snake amulet, a gold cuff, gold and diamond rings as well as gold triangle earrings.
She also wore a strategically placed gold body necklace, as well as sexy Christian Louboutin heels and a matching Jimmy Choo clutch.

Robyn Rihanna Fenty (born February 20, 1988), better known as simply Rihanna, is a Barbadian recording artist and singer. "We Found Love" was released in September 2011 as the lead single from her sixth studio album and has topped the charts in over ten countries. Talk That Talk, Rihanna's sixth album, was released in November 2011.

Rihanna has sold more than 30 million albums and 100 million singles which makes her one of the best selling artists of all time. She is the youngest artist in Billboard charts history to achieve eleven number-one singles on the Hot 100. As of January 2011, Rihanna had sold approximately 33.7 million digital singles in the United States. By September 2011 she had shipped 7.3 million album units in the US. Billboard named Rihanna the Digital Songs Artist of the 2000s decade, and ranked her as the 17th Artist of the 2000s decade. She has received several accolades, including the 2007 World Music Awards for World's Best-Selling Pop Female Artist and Female Entertainer of the Year, and the 2011 Brit Award for Best International Female Solo Artist. She has also amassed a total of four Grammy Awards, five American Music Awards, and eighteen Billboard Music Awards. Even a world singing superstar like Rihanna needs a bit of help sometimes.
And the 23-year-old star was grateful when one lucky man came to her aid earlier this week, when he helped her tuck her slipping towel round her waist as she relaxed on a Brazilian beach.
Wearing a patterned strapless bikini and with her long curly hair tied up with a headscarf, the star waited patiently for the friend to wrap the striped towel around her in Rio de Janeiro.

 Rihanna has been enjoying secret trysts with actor Ryan Phillippe, it has been claimed today. 

The Barbados-born singer and the 36-year-old Cruel Intentions star are said to have met up on numerous occasions over the course of the last few months, according to a U.S. magazine. 

The pair allegedly met up after Rihanna's relationship hit the rocks with baseballer Matt Kemp, and whilst Ryan was casually dating actress Amanda Seyfried.

'They initially hooked up when things were strained with Matt Kemp,' a source told America's Us Weekly. 

According to the report, the couple have been top secret about their relationship by pretending they aren't even interested in each other. 

At that recent pre-Grammy event in Los Angeles, onlookers claimed Ryan approached the 23-year-old only to be rejected.
