Well three days before Aiden's birthday, Penny Lancaster doesn't look as though she needs to shed any weight.
The model, who turns 41 next month, showed off her wild side in a leopard-print bikini on a beach on Australia's Gold Coast as she holidays with her ocker husband Rod Stewart and their two children.
The Essex-born mother-of-two looked statuesque as she stood watching her six-year-old Alistair in the water while Rod relaxed drinking a bottle of water while chatting to friends.
She added a sheer kaftan over her two-piece and a pair of aviator-style sunglasses to complete the look.
Rod, 67, didn't quite look the same as his Do Ya Think I'm Sexy? heyday, packing a bit of paunch, but looked content in the Aussie summer.

Alistair looked as though he was having a great time, splashing around in the waves, while wearing a rash vest to protect him from the harmful rays.
The family were also spotted in Sydney with Rod's daughter Renee Stewart, 18, from his previous marriage to New Zealand model Rachel Hunter.
The budding model looked the spitting image of her mother, obviously inheriting her tall frame.

 Rod Stewart has become a father for the eighth time after Penny Lancaster gave birth to their son Aiden.

The rock star, 66, and his wife said they were ‘proud and thrilled’ to announce the ‘long awaited arrival’ of their second child – a brother to their five-year-old son Alastair.

The couple told how they went through three rounds of IVF before Miss Lancaster, 39, finally became pregnant. The gruelling fertility treatment had sent them on an ‘emotional rollercoaster’, they said.

Miss Lancaster revealed that she was expecting last August, saying: ‘I couldn’t believe it. I burst into tears. I called Rod when I was still sobbing.’

‘Rod said, “I’m in the middle of a restaurant in Russia, crying.” I kept pinching myself.’ A spokesman for the pair said Aiden was born on Wednesday weighing 7lb 12oz. ‘Mother and baby are healthy and blissfully happy,’ he said.

She might be on the verge of giving birth, but Penny Lancaster showed that imminent motherhood is no bar to fashion when she hit the town in leopard print tights last night.
The model and photographer, 39, was out with rocker husband Rod Stewart, 66  - who has been known to sport animal patterned legwear in his time.



The baby, who is due around the end of February, will be the couple's second son alongside Alastair, five.  
Thrice-married Rod has six other children from previous relationships – Sarah Streeter, 46; Kimberly, 31; Sean, 30; Ruby, 23; Renee, 18, and Liam, 16.

 couldn’t believe it. I burst into tears. I called Rod when I was still sobbing. Rod said, 'I’m in the middle of a restaurant in Russia, crying.' I kept pinching myself. Neither of us could believe it."

The couple's first child Alastair is turning 5 next month. Rod is also dad to six other children ranging in age from 16 to 46.

And now that Rod Stewart's wife Penny Lancaster is pregnant again, she is proudly showing off the first hints of her baby bump.The proud mother wore tight-fitting gym gear to run errands in Beverly Hills yesterday, and the smallest of baby bumps was visible beneath her pink leopard print top.

The 39-year-old showed off her toned body in a pair of grey leggings and and casual flip flops on the hot Californian day as she parked her Range Rover at a valet and spoke to the attendant.Penny and her 65-year-old husband announced that they were expecting another child earlier this month, saying in a statement:

'We were thrilled and delighted to be able to tell Alastair that he was going to be the big brother to a little baby, expected just before Mummy's 40th birthday.'

The baby is due in February 2011, and will be Rod's eighth child.
