The 48-year-old Loose Women presenter appeared the picture of happiness as she posed in the arms of her sailor fiance.
The couple recreated the iconic scene from Hollywood hit An Officer and A Gentleman as fiance Mark Cassidy dressed the part in a white navy uniform.
This time last year, Carol was resigned to celibacy but her love life has gone from strength to strength since meeting Mark - 22 years her junior - last summer.

Now, bursting with love for her 27-year-old toyboy, the Loose Woman boasts she’s having the best sex of her life.
“Of course I am. Unbelievably after all this time!” she declares, grinning at boyfriend Mark Cassidy, who is 22 years her junior. “He’s sitting here so I’m hardly going to say otherwise, but I am!”
And she’s showing no signs of calming down the partying she’s famous for. This month she was pictured flashing drag queens and snogging Mark at a Loose Women party.
Getting back in the saddle has given 49-year-old Carol a lot to smile about. “It’s not just because he’s young, it’s because he’s Mark,” she adds.
“We made up for lost time early on and we still are! We do it enough – quite a lot in fact. Sometimes life gets in the way but on holiday it was more often. There’s no rush – I went seven years without!”

Carol McGiffin, 49, also drew attention to herself as she got down to a sickly snogging fest with her young fiance Mark Cassidy, 26.

Miss McGiffin put on a show for the cameras no fewer than four times on the red carpet before leaving the party and managed to flash her knickers in a most unladylike fashion getting into their limousine afterwards.
