The pair went to London's posh New Bond Street to start spending their £101million fortune.
Footie fan Dave, 47, sported a Chelsea shirt under a white cardigan, while Angela, 43, wore a furry 80s-style coat.
She has said she wants a diamond engagement ring — and the pair gazed in the widows of a number of top jewellers, including Asprey.
Angela also looked at handbags in designer store Gucci.
Dave stopped for a pint at a pub — where the pair later stood outside smoking.
A passer-by recognised them and wished them well while some eagle-eyed cabbies beeped their horns and waved as they drove by.
Dave and Angela went shopping after seeing a financial adviser. But they didn't appear to have bought anything more extravagant than a pub lunch and a drink before they jumped in a cab.
The couple, who live near Wisbech, Cambs, jointly won Friday's £101,203,600.70 Euro-Millions jackpot. They have vowed to give £20million to family and friends.
Dave's thrilled son Michael said: "They're going to make a lot of people very happy."
Single Michael, 26, spent six months in the Afghanistan warzone as a Royal Navy reservist before returning home in June. He was a week into a new job in military intelligence when his dad rang with news of the win.

Big winners: Dave plans to buy Angela a new engagement ring before they tie the knot next year. She changed her surname to Dawes after getting divorced
Shopping spree: Dave and Angela are planning to buy properties in London and abroad, and are looking forward to a trip to Las Vegas and a skiing holiday in Switzerland in the coming months
THE ex-wife of EuroMillions jackpot winner Dave Dawes said last night: "I wish he'd won it when we were together."
Debbie Dawes, 48, is hoping he will share some of his £101million with her.
She heard about the huge win on the radio.
Debbie, who is on incapacity benefit after a liver transplant, said: "I was shocked. I thought, 'You lucky lucky bl*****'.
"I heard him on the radio saying he would give some money to charity and set aside some for family and friends.
"I hope I come into that category. I helped to bring his children up."
Debbie and Dave, both from Milton Keynes, Bucks, met when they were working as stewards at Chelsea Football Club.
Debbie, who has sons Nathan, 23, and Ryan, 24, from a previous marriage, wed Dave 20 years ago and they moved to Wisbech, Cambs, to be nearer her family.
Dave had Michael, 26, and Matthew, 28, also from a previous marriage.
Debbie said: "Dave was a good dad to my children and his own."
But the couple split ten years ago. She recalled: "We weren't getting on. But if we see each other we still talk and get on. He's not a bad man.
"He deserves it, they both do. He's always been a hard worker."
Big winners: Dave and Angela's windfall catapults them into 703rd place in the UK's rich list
