She told OK! magazine: 'It was exactly how I wanted it to be. We couldn't have asked for anything more, it was perfect from beginning to end.'
The 10 minute ceremony, held in both Spanish and English, took place in the grounds of the couple's seven-bedroom Balearic home.
The bride eventually arrived 40 minutes late for the service, which took place at sunset.
Keeping true to her partygirl persona, Candi Staton's anthem You Got The Love was the first track played after the couple exchanged rings.

Former flame: Frost with ex-fiance Dominic Thrupp - father of her son Caspar
Frost admitted she was sad her mother Rita couldn't be there following her death from cancer last year.
Among the celebrity guests in attendance were Frost's close friend Davinia Taylor and former Atomic Kitten bandmate Natasha Hamilton.
Unfortunately, her other bandmate Liz McClarnon couldn't make the big day because she's currently starring in Legally Blonde: The Musical in the West End.
Frost and Spiteri started dating last year after she called off her engagement to long-term love Dominic Thrupp, aka DJ Dom T - father of her son Caspar.
The couple called off their wedding last year when Frost's mother was ill, before ending their eight-year relationship last summer.
Now back in England, the newlywed flashed her wedding ring as she attended the Big Brother launch party in London yesterday.
Frost and Jeff Brazier are set to host the OK! TV coverage for the show when it begins on Channel 5.
