Padma Lakshmi, the former wife of Sir Salman Rushdie, has spoken of her love for Teddy Forstmann, the venture capitalist.
Since she divorced Sir Salman Rushdie in 2007, Padma Lakshmi's love life has become harder to follow than one of the Booker Prize-winner's novels.
In February, the Indian-born model, 39, gave birth to her first child, Krishna, by Adam Dell, the brother of the computer tycoon Michael Dell. Now, she has declared her love for Teddy Forstmann, 70, an American billionaire.
"I am lucky to have someone who unwaveringly gave me love and manly support – and is also the person that I love," she says. "So thank you, Teddy."
